Look at the bill

A discount was shown while scrolling through the offers, after checking out the discount wasn’t applied. Sadly already paid for the esim. After talking to the help chat only got a voucher for 25% on the next purchase, so look out for the final price.

app is not even launching wirh hotel wifi , after esim has been paid and installed at home .No possibilty to contact technical support or ask for reimbursment !
