Hat wunderbar funktioniert!

Im Heimatland installieren und im Reiseland aktivieren: 1) Nach dem Installieren erscheinen 2 SIMs: Primär und Reise - mit dem Häkchen auf Primär 2) Im Reiseland dann das Häkchen auf Reise setzen - und bei Primär das Roaming (und Möglichkeit zum Wechseln) ausschalten! Für aloSIM sprach, dass es auch möglich ist, einen Hotspot für andere Mitreisende einzurichten - das hatten wir bei anderen eSIM-Anbietern nicht gefunden. Das Nachkaufen von Datenvolumen haben wir zwar nicht gebraucht, wäre aber einfach möglich gewesen!

biller und einfacher

ich hab mir die app für meine japan reise herunterladen. nirgens anders findet man so gute preise. (beim flughafen kostet es 2-3mal so viel für die selben funktionen) es gibt eine schritt für schritt einweisung und wenn man irgendetwas nicht hinbekommt(so wie ich :)) ist der support 24/7 direkt verfügbar.

Finger weg ! Wenn mal was nicht geht stehst du allein da ! Man soll Tausende Sachen schicken und keiner hilft einem . Support ist eine Katastrophe!!! Nie wieder diese App !!!

Schlechtes Internet

Ich habe das Paket mit dem unbegrenzten Internet gekauft in der Türkei. Ich hatte sehr schlechtes Netz. Das Internet hat dauerhaft nicht funktioniert. Kein Whats App, kein Instagram, kein Netflix, ständig schlechte Verbindung. Dann habe ich ein anderes Paket gekauft. Es hat nicht funktioniert die e-SIM zu installieren. Ich habe dem Support geschrieben. Die antworten zwar schnell aber bis heute habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekommen.!
