Unglaublich schlechter Kundenservice. Anstatt mir die Esim gutzuschreiben, da sie nicht aktiviert werden kann, möchte Mary gerne irgendwelche receipts haben. Ich bin eingeloggt in mein Kundenkonto, habe mich verifiziert und trotzdem macht der Kundenservice alles um nichts tun zu müssen. Lieber direkt zu einem Anbieter wechseln, dem Kundenzufriedenheit wichtig ist.

Internet is pretty bad in india. Most of the time its enough for navigation and calling an app-based taxi but never not good enough for normal browsing. The other big problem is that they do not give you a local number which makes calling impossible and also cannot be used to verify e.g. at whatsapp. That should be communicated better upfront.
