Internetverbindung ist in Ordnung, allerdings kann man im Supportbereich nur mit KI-Chatbots reden und die App braucht jedes mal einige Startversuche bis sie ohne abzustürzen startet. Die App ist dann auch wenn sie offen ist, furchtbar langsam.
