Belize not covered !

I purchased a Global eSIM. To my surprise, when I arrived in Belize, I found out that Belize wasn't included in the coverage, which was quite frustrating. I contacted customer support, and they responded quickly, explaining that Belize is not part of the Central America plan. While I appreciate their fast response, I think the way the plan is presented makes it seem like all Central American countries are covered, which isn't the case. The advertising could be clearer to avoid this misunderstanding. Other than that, the eSIM worked perfectly in both Mexico and Guatemala, and I had no issues

Awful eSIM and customer service. Won’t let you switch eSIM between mobile devices, even if lost or stolen. AVOID. Much better esim providers out there, eg Breeze.

It is very difficult to get initial connection. I'm in Asia for a few days with no connection at all by bed time on Day 2. Very dissatisfied and disappointed 😞☹️. I need this to connect at the airport when I arrived as I was assuming it would do. All I get is no signal cannot connect. Not happy Jan. 😭
