MobiMatter is an eSIM marketplace headquartered in Abu Dhabi (UAE) — the largest independent aggregator in the travel-eSIM market, with more than 500 different data packages from roughly a dozen wholesalers. Unlike first-party providers such as Airalo or Holafly, MobiMatter does not run its own infrastructure but acts as a platform: tariffs come from upstream carriers like eSIMGo, BICS, Telna, Truphone, Bouygues and several regional operators. The upside is unbeatable variety — 5 to 10 different packages per region for many of the 200+ supported countries, from ultra-cheap 500 MB plans to multi-country unlimited bundles. The downside is indirect support: when something breaks, MobiMatter has to mediate between the user and the upstream carrier, which can slow things down. Strong coverage in the USA, Mexico, the Caribbean, South-East Asia and the Middle East; thinner in Africa and Scandinavia. Activation works via QR code or the in-house app (iOS + Android). MobiMatter suits experienced eSIM users who want to compare details, and frequent multi-country travellers who benefit from the regional bundles.

No Internet when I needed it most

I purchased a 10 GB eSIM through MobiMatter for my trip to Switzerland. Unfortunately, it did not work when I needed it most. Although my phone showed network signal, I had no working internet connection. I was driving in an unfamiliar area and could not use Apple Maps or GPS to reach my destination. This was very frustrating and could have become a safety issue. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this service and will not use it again.

Überhaupt nicht gut

Dauern Internet Probleme ! Falls mal Netz da sein sollte dann höchstens nur 2 Balken und selbst dann funktioniert garnichts manchmal paar Stunden gar kein Internet gehabt und kam auch dann garnicht mehr in die App rein finde es gibt bessere Apps als die hier ! Würde es niemanden empfehlen
