No free calls contrary to offer

I bought a package for 15 days unlimited data and local calls plus 100THB credit for international calls. When arrived in Thailand after activation only data works and phone call credit is 0 THB for all calls. According to local operator True the call flat rate is not part of the package. So a lot of money wasted for a more expensive package that doesn‘t work. Nomad Service Bot Not able to find a solution. No way to get in contact with a Nomad employee. Very Pool service and false promises/statements in offer!

It was a good app

It was a good app I have used on a regular basis. Now someone decided it is a good idea to link me to surveys I cannot skip. They just lost a customer. It is a paid service, I don’t want to see any marketing surveys on top of it.
