Terrible experience.Booked unlimiter pack for 7 days today. Not unlimited but limited to 3gb/d...But even though didnt even get there it stopped working now already (5hours later). Wrote to Custumor service, and they send me a form to fill out but it doesnt work either and will not send. Real horrible experience... not sth u want to deal with in ur holidays

According to my phone, only about 7 GB of roaming data has been used, while your app reports over 12 GB for the same period.I already provided screenshots in response to your feedback request showing this discrepancy.Please investigate and correct the data usage calculation if there is an error, or explain how your system calculates data usage.
