I think the T-Mobile coverage is quite…bad in Rural areas and even in Airports etc

I think the T-Mobile coverage is quite erratic.Also when using an eSIM the calls to my contacts in Australia need to have the country code which makes it a bit inconvenient.

SIM was activated correctly in UK prior…

SIM was activated correctly in UK prior to arrival in Canada but has failed to work. Customer Service instructions set my phone to SOS only so I have had to go back to my UK SIM at great expense and TravSIM have refused to refund as they say they won’t refund once activated even though it doesn’t work. Totally useless company

Bought a Thai sim card with 5G data but from the get go l couldnt use the data only connected to wifisent 2 emails about the issue only to be given same response. Tried what they said but it didnt change anything.
